Two high achievers in the world of music have been picked to run EIT's new programme in contemporary music performance.

Napier musician Tom Pierard and sound technician Ron Kessels will be heading up the certificate programme getting underway next term.

Spokesman Chris Verburg says those completing the programme will contribute to a vibrant future of music performance in Hawke's Bay.
